I had coached baseball for 3 years at this point, umpired baseball games for 6 years, played basketball my whole life, and coached junior high football for a year. Because of him and others at the firm, I decided to stick with the accounting profession and finish out my four years at Dordt. Crazy how that works. It’s a special place.
