Withum is excited to share that John Sheehy, JD, and Principal within the Forensics and Valuation Services Team, will lead the Firm’s Investigative and Corporate Intelligence Services Group.
Formerly a Special Agent, Crisis Negotiator and Supervisor at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, John has a complex and comprehensive understanding of white-collar crime and fraud. At Withum, he will utilize his impressive background to help clients make informed decisions with regard to background investigations, due diligence, internal investigations, white-collar criminal litigation, and complex commercial litigation.
John’s history and his leadership style make him the perfect candidate to lead our team. His experience in the FBI and as a civil litigator make him an extremely valuable asset to clients, and he brings knowledge that will grow the team as a whole
