AuditClub Rebrands as CPAClub and Adds New Tax and Advisory Solutions
The company is offering the same concierge talent model but now with tax and advisory professionals to CPA firms.

As a lead-up to the upcoming 2024 tax season, AuditClub said on Wednesday it has added tax and advisory solutions—and has rebranded to CPAClub.
Founded last year and led by former audit partners with Big Four, regional, and local firm experience, the Irvine, CA-based company launched an auditors-as-a-service model to provide outsourced audit and assurance services for CPA firms that may not have the in-house talent or expertise to deliver these services efficiently and effectively.
CPAClub said on Nov. 29 that it is offering the same concierge talent model with tax and advisory professionals to help more CPA firms and companies meet demand amid a continuing talent crisis.
“The enthusiastic response to our flexible accounting and assurance solutions from over 120 CPA firms and companies of all sizes confirmed that our innovative membership model fulfilled a critical need and continues to do so,” Chris Vanover, president of CPAClub, said in a statement. “Many members have also requested tax and advisory talent solutions, so the current expansion to include these is a natural next step.”
In conjunction with the expansion, CPAClub also unveiled a series of enhancements including CPAClub+, an upgraded membership tier that offers extra privileges and priorities, more flexible pass options, year-round support through CPAClub Care, and the release of a members-only library. A new digital portal also allows members to purchase or subscribe to passes, share files, chat, collaborate, and make access reservations effortlessly.
