The Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MassCPAs), in partnership with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Women’s Initiatives Executive Committee, today announced the seven honorees of the 2023 Women to Watch Awards. The awards recognize women who have made outstanding contributions to the accounting profession, their communities, their firms or companies and to the development of women as leaders.

A panel of judges selected the seven Massachusetts recipients and awards are presented in two categories: Emerging Leaders (professionals with fewer than 15 years of experience) and Experienced Leaders (more than 15 years in the field). Award winners will be honored on October 26 at MassCPAs Women’s Leadership Summit at the Westin Hotel in Waltham.

“MassCPAs takes immense pride in recognizing these remarkable women for their outstanding contributions to both their peers and communities, as well as their significant impact on the accounting profession,” said Amy Pitter, president and CEO of MassCPAs. “We are so excited to come together to honor this extraordinary group of women who are reshaping and redefining the landscape of leadership!”
