Sikich Goes Shopping in Cleveland, Acquires Thornhill Financial
The deal, which was announced on Nov. 9, is expected to close at the end of this month, according to top 30 accounting firm Sikich.

Top 30 accounting firm Sikich has signed an agreement to acquire the operating assets of Thornhill Financial, a Cleveland-based accounting firm that provides tax, audit, and financial advisory services.
The deal, which was announced on Nov. 9, is expected to close at the end of this month. Thornhill Financial employees will continue to work out of their office in the Cleveland-Akron metro area and will integrate several current Sikich professionals into their office space.

Founded in 1995, Thornhill Financial provides tax, audit, and advisory services to companies across industries, including manufacturing, construction, and private equity. Offerings include both individual and business tax planning and compliance, employee benefit plan audits, restructuring, cash flow planning, and estate planning. The firm also specializes in supporting high-net-worth clients.
