Andersen Acquires California Firm and Opens San Diego Office
The move comes after the professionals from Reibman, a leading San Diego-based tax compliance and planning firm, joined Andersen.

The business consultancy firm Andersen has announced a new San Diego office as the firm expands its presence in Southern California. The move comes after the professionals from Reibman, a leading San Diego-based tax compliance and planning firm, joined Andersen.
The new San Diego office is the latest move in Andersen’s aggressive growth strategy, following the firm’s February 2023 U.S. expansion in Orange County (Calif.), Pittsburgh and Des Moines; and the September 2023 launch of Andersen’s Global Valuation practice across more than 20 countries worldwide throughout Europe, Latin America, Asia, and North America.
“We are creating a unique global platform for businesses and private wealth clients around the globe who turn to us for independent tax assistance and a variety of multidisciplinary professional services, integrated seamlessly and with the high quality and service that our clients have come to expect from Andersen,” said Andersen Global Chairman and CEO Mark Vorsatz.

The new San Diego office will include Managing Director Allen Reibman, whose team of a half dozen professionals will join Andersen’s Private Client Services practice led by Andersen Managing Director Chad Thiel.
