Eide Bailly Picks Up San Diego CPA Firm RBTK

The merger will expand Eide Bailly’s footprint in California and enhance the firm’s offerings in the construction industry.

San Diego-based full-service CPA firm RBTK has joined top 20 accounting firm Eide Bailly, according to a Dec. 5 news release.

The merger will expand Fargo, ND-based Eide Bailly’s footprint in California and enhance the firm’s service offerings in the construction industry. Eide Bailly currently has 12 offices in the Golden State.

Founded in 1981, RBTK specializes in overall accounting and tax services, but it also provides insightful business solutions, including business succession and retirement considerations. RBTK has extensive experience working with a variety of industries, including construction, real estate, mortgage banking, nonprofits, government, wholesale distribution, professional services, and more.

Since July, Eide Bailly has also merged in Phoenix CPA and tax planning firm Secore & Niedzialek, Seattle CPA firm King & Oliason, and California accounting firms Bessolo Haworth and Raimondo Pettit. A merger with Sioux Falls, SD-based technology solutions company High Plains Technology is expected to become official on Jan. 8, 2024.
