CLA Picks Up Washington CPA Firm Frost & Company
As a result of the acquisition, CLA now has over 30 professionals who worked for Frost & Company in Tacoma and Lacey, WA.

Top 10 public accounting firm CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) acquired Tacoma, WA-based accounting and advisory firm Frost & Company. The deal went into effect on Aug. 1.
As a result of the acquisition, CLA now has more than 30 professionals who worked for Frost & Company in offices in Tacoma and Lacey, WA.

Frost & Company has been a full-service accounting resource in the South Puget Sound area for more than 35 years. CLA now has 11 locations across Washington state and more than 120 offices across the U.S. The Frost & Company team joins CLA at a new office in Tacoma, while the team in Lacey will remain at their current location. Previously, Frost & Company was an independent member of BDO Alliance USA.
