H&CO Acquires Orlando CPA Firm Grennan Fender

The top 200 accounting firm says adding Grennan Fender will strengthen the advisory services it provides to clients.

Top 200 accounting firm H&CO has acquired fellow Florida CPA firm Grennan Fender, which has offices in Orlando and Melbourne. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The leadership teams of H&CO and Grennan Fender will work closely to ensure a smooth transition for clients, the firms noted in a news release.

Founded in 1976 with headquarters in Orlando, Grennan Fender is a full-service accounting and assurance firm that provides a wide array of accounting services to its individual and business clients, including tax, audit, consulting, and tax planning.

Based in Coral Gables, H&CO also has Florida offices in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Aventura. The firm had revenue of $31.2 million during its most recent fiscal year.
