Bill Hagaman, Managing Partner and CEO, and Jim Ferrare, Principal and President of Withum Wealth Management, were named by NJBIZ and will be honored at the virtual award ceremony later this summer.
Bill Hagaman has been a member of Firm management for over 35 years. During his tenure as CEO beginning in 2010, Withum has tripled in size and expanded into non-traditional advisory services in offices across the country and worldwide. Bill’s direction enabled Withum to rank nationally as a Top 25 firm. His passion for giving back and getting involved has made him a staple in the local community and the business world. By supporting innovation on all Firm levels and processes, Bill’s leadership led Withum to collect accolades for its unbeatable culture, high employee retention rate and commitment to Inclusion and Diversity.
Jim Ferrare has over 30 years of experience in finance. As a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®), he leads Withum Wealth Management, an affiliate of Withum and Pinnacle Associates, Ltd., with fine-tuned expertise. Jim’s team of financial advisors specialize in lifestyle planning, personalized wealth counsel and tax-sensitive portfolio management. Following a tradition of excellence, his leadership led Withum Wealth Management to a spot on CNBC’s Top 100 Financial Advisory Firms and annually ranks on Accounting Today’s Top Firm List by AUM.
Nominations for the NJBIZ ICON award were open to the public, then a panel of independent judges declared the winners based on their leadership, contributions to their fields and successes. Leaders in all industries across the state that are over the age of 60 were eligible for nomination.
