HLB Names Bill Hagaman as Chairman

Withum is proud to share that Bill Hagaman has been appointed Global Chairman of HLB International.

HLB, the global advisory and accounting network, announced at their annual summit in October that Bill Hagaman, Managing Partner and CEO of Withum, will take over the post from Corney Versteden.

We are delighted to welcome Bill as our new HLB International Chairman. From working alongside Bill over the years, I know that his breath of experience and knowledge will help influence the next era of strategic growth and prosperity for the network, building on the foundations already laid by Corney Versteden

Marco Donzelli, CEO at HLB

Bill’s role as an executive committee member at HLB and his 40-plus years of managerial experience at Withum leave him poised for success in his new post. During his tenure as Withum’s CEO, the Firm has grown six times in size and expanded into non-traditional advisory services as well as new markets, both national and international. Bill’s leadership extends outside of Withum, where he currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Francis E. Parker Memorial Home, as the Treasurer of the Hyacinth AIDS Foundation and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of the NJ State Chamber of Commerce.

I am humbled and honored that the HLB family has entrusted me with this leadership role. During his tenure, Corney has elevated HLB to new heights. I hope to follow his lead and continue that momentum. I look forward to working with HLB CEO Marco Donzelli on achieving his vision of growth and increased value to our member firms.
