Orange County Business Journal named Withum as a 2023 Best Place to Work in Orange County.
Ranking at #18 on the list of large companies— up from last year— Withum’s Irvine office was praised for its unique office culture and fun team member events, even throughout busy season. The list was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Orange County, California, benefiting the county’s economy, workforce and businesses.
Since their first awards program in 2009, Orange County Business Journal and Workforce Research Group use a two-part process to determine the rankings: first evaluating each company’s policies, then surveying employee experience. Organizations eligible must have an operating location in Orange County, be in business for at least one year and have at least 15 staff members working in the county, among other qualifications.
The winning organizations were released via a special section of the Orange County Business Journal’s July 3 issue.
