Aligning with their mission to be a forward-thinking, technology-driven firm, Withum added the CIO role to catalyze idea generation and progressive initiatives, with the ultimate goal of improving team member success in serving clients. This leader will not only identify opportunities for internal process improvement and new technology automation tools but will also spearhead new client services.
Molly has extensive experience in leading innovation in her previous positions. She deployed technology solutions to deliver enhanced business models, partnered with vendors to build and deploy new digital services and managed strategic portfolios. Most recently, she held the position of Management Consulting Director at a Big Four firm.

Molly is a graduate of the University of North Florida, is a Six Sigma Black Belt, and has her CLU, ChFC certifications. She enjoys golfing, supports local Performing Arts programs, and actively provides leadership and works at a local Food Pantry, providing nourishment for the food insecure.
She is based in the Orlando, FL, office.
