Anders welcomes Kevin Baldus as the firm’s new Chief Information Officer. Kevin’s addition to the leadership team supports the firm’s strategic focus on leveraging technology to enhance client service, streamline internal processes and drive innovation. As CIO, Kevin will help the firm improve internal processes, mitigate cybersecurity risk, increase efficiencies and help transform the way business is done through technology in line with the firm’s strategic plan.
Kevin has almost 30 years of IT experience that stretches across industries, including retail, heath care, wholesale and accounting. In previous roles, he helped to modernize technology stacks and led cloud migrations. He was also responsible for managing cybersecurity, including the creation of a cybersecurity program at another accounting firm to help protect sensitive client data.
As the leader of the IT department at Anders, Kevin will oversee a team of 15 that handles all aspects of IT for the firm, including process automation, applications, development, cybersecurity and innovation. His primary objective as the CIO is to provide firm employees with the best possible experience from a technology perspective. By enhancing internal technology processes and applications, Anders clients will benefit from a better client experience.
