A deal between two Maryland CPA firms commenced a couple weeks ago, as top 300 accounting firm Rosen, Sapperstein and Friedlander (RS&F), based in Towson, acquired Hunt Valley-based Mister, Burton & Associates (MBA). Financial terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
