Top 400 accounting firm Baratz & Associates, based in Marlton, NJ, went shopping in nearby Cherry Hill and bought CPA firm Renzi Bernardi Suarez & Co.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. The strategic acquisition of Renzi Bernardi Suarez & Co., led by Phil Bernardi and Ed Suarez, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to complement Baratz & Associates’ comprehensive service offerings.
Consisting of more than 65 people, Baratz & Associates has developed a well-established reputation for providing accounting, auditing, business acquisition, health care consulting, litigation support, tax planning, and valuation services to clients.

The firm’s services include auditing, accounting , reviews, compilations, tax return preparation and planning, forensic accounting, and litigation support.
