Withum Partners Named to ROI-NJ’s Women in Business List

Withum is proud to share that three Forensic and Valuation Services partners have been named on ROI-NJ’s Influencers: Women in Business List.

Carleen Gaskin, Jessica Hollobaugh and Nicole Lyons of the Forensic and Valuation Services Team were all named by the New Jersey business publication on their annual Influencers list. The Women in Business Category celebrates female business leaders across industries who excel in their roles and serve as leaders and mentors for the next generation.

Carleen is the Market Leader of the Matrimonial Litigation Services Team. She is frequently court-appointed in matrimonial litigation matters and has testified as an expert witness in the Supreme Court in New Jersey, New York, and Florida. Carleen has also received NJICLE Family Mediation Training and is a member of the Collaborative Divorce Association of North Jersey. She performs a wide range of forensic services, which include business valuations, forensic investigations, cash flow and spending analyses, alimony scenario calculations, asset tracing analyses, and marital balance sheets for equitable distribution.

Jessica is the Market Leader of Withum’s Forensics, Investigations, and White-Collar Criminal Defense practice and leads a team that specializes in performing complex forensic, white-collar and corporate investigations across a broad range of industries. She has emerged as one of the leading national authorities on the often complex accounting analyses associated with the government’s most pressing enforcement priorities like COVID-19 relief fraud and healthcare fraud. She has testified in Federal and State Courts in both civil and criminal matters, including the first COVID-19 relief fraud case brought to trial in the United States. Jessica is widely recognized as a leader in the field of forensic accounting by her peers through the AICPA and NACVA.

Nicole is the Market Leader of Withum’s Business Disputes and Economic Damages Team. She specializes in business disputes relating to commercial litigation matters and family law business disputes and also has experience in corporate investigations involving fraud. She has testified in the Superior Courts of NJ and NY and is a frequent lecturer for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, the New Jersey State Bar, the AICPA, and at various law firms on forensic accounting, economic damages, and business valuation. Nicole is a member of the AICPA FVS Executive Committee and an active member of her community as it relates to nonprofit initiatives.
