Citrin Cooperman Adds NYC Business Software Consulting Firm
The addition of Mibar broadens Citrin Cooperman's advisory service offerings and enhances the firm's position in the market.

Top 25 accounting firm Citrin Cooperman has acquired Mibar, a business software consulting firm based in New York City.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. Mibar joins New York City-based Citrin Cooperman with 30 employees and more than $12 million in revenue.
The acquisition of Mibar broadens Citrin Cooperman’s advisory service offerings and enhances its position in the market, the firm said. It expands Citrin Cooperman’s digital services practice, which is led by Managing Partner Eric Casazza. In addition, Mibar’s expertise in enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management software, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, and NetSuite and Microsoft technology solutions complements Citrin Cooperman’s existing services, allowing the combined firm to provide a wider range of offerings and deeper industry knowledge to clients across the board.

This is the second acquisition for Citrin Cooperman in as many weeks, following its addition of Coleman Huntoon & Brown, a Chapel Hill, NC-based tax, accounting, and business consulting firm.
