HBK's Vertilocity adds CRM experts

Vertilocity, a managed services provider that is an affiliate of Top 100 Firm HBK, has agreed to merge in Raleigh, North Carolina-based Relevant CRM.

Founded in 1997, Relevant is a reseller of marketing, sales and customer relationship management solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform. Its main focus is on the equipment rental and technology solutions sectors.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"I'm excited about what this merger brings to our team and the clients of both firms," Vertilocity president Bruce Nelson said in a statement. "Our collective expertise along with the financial services offered by HBK combine for a unique, comprehensive and extremely valuable offering to our current and future clients."

"With Vertilocity, we've found a partner who shares our core values and our dedication to serving customers at the highest level," said Relevant CRM CEO Harry Shaughnessy in a statement. "This merger will provide our customers with access to enhanced resources while maintaining the specialized support and guidance they have come to expect from Relevant CRM."

Vertilocity operates out of HBK's offices in Pittsburgh and Holmdel, New Jersey, and in the Denver area. It specializes in serving health care businesses.

"Everywhere and in every industry, companies are embracing digital transformation," said HBK managing principal and CEO Christopher Allegretti in a statement. "Our merger with Relevant CRM represents our ongoing commitment to delivering relevant, sophisticated technological support to our clients by adding another powerful group of solutions to our managed services offering."

In August 2022, Vertilocity merged in Pennsylvania-based software implementer Odyssey Software. It was itself created by the August 2021 merger of Vertical Solutions and HBK IT.
