AICPA and CIMA Receive Technology Award

AICPA & CIMA has received the Brandon Hall Group Gold award for Excellence in Technology. The award was in the Best Advance of Learning Management for External Training category.

The 2023 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Awards are presented annually for work in the categories of Learning and Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Sales Enablement, Future of Work, and Education Technology.

The Gold award for Excellence in Technology recognizes AICPA & CIMA’s SMART Learning Transformation framework. The SMART Learning Transformation framework incorporates principles of scalability for global audiences, measurable for impact, accelerates performance, relevant and right sized and technology enabled for collaboration and transfer. The SMART Transformation framework is incorporated within the organization’s new Learning Management System (LMS) that offers members, students and accounting and finance professionals a wide spectrum of learning modalities and asset types including more than 2,500 courses and webcasts.

Entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts, and executives based upon these criteria: fit the need, program design, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits. Excellence Award winners are scheduled to be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference, February 13-15, 2024, at the Hilton West Palm Beach, Florida.
