NDH Advisors Acquires Houston CPA Firm Jain & Jain

NDH Advisors has acquired Houston-based CPA firm Jain & Jain—the second transaction the Chicago accounting business has made in as many months. NDH’s first foray into M&A was last November when it acquired Leawood, KS-based tax and accounting firm Stratus Group. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
