NDH Advisors has acquired Houston-based CPA firm Jain & Jain—the second transaction the Chicago accounting business has made in as many months. Jain & Jain’s clients are primarily based in Texas, Florida, Utah, and Kansas, and represent a diverse mix of industries. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
