Number of Small Business Jobs Increased in June

Small businesses with one to nine employees created a net gain of 23,200 jobs in the month of June 2023, according to the Intuit QuickBooks Small Business Index. The region with the highest growth (0.62%) was the Plains (Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska and the Dakotas.) This is an increase of 0.18% over the last report in May.
