Connecticut, Georgia, Michigan, North Dakota, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin follow this rule. In New Jersey and Ohio, if you fail to allocate portions of taxable versus exempt, the shipping on your whole shipment becomes taxable.
