As a CPA, we all paid for 150 credits and gave up significant areas of our lives in order to be in the situation that we are in. I do not think that the quality of life that is promised by CPA firms is worthwhile for a young professional. Maybe expenses were up, but I think someone has a pile of cash and they will not share it.
