The Sales Tax Institute claims that one of the biggest misconceptions in the wake of the Supreme Court’s Wayfair decision is tax-collection requirements triggered by physical nexus (aka “physical presence”) no longer apply.

Another Year, Another Revenue Record For Deloitte in 2022

This morning turned out to be a pretty big Big 4 news day. First, we had EY ’s top brass approving splitting its auditing and consulting businesses (no surprise here). Then we had Deloitte announcing its global revenue for 2022 —and it’s a record amount (no surprise here either). The Green Dot pulled in $59.3 billion in revenue for the financial year ending May 31, an 18.1% increase over 2021 ’s haul of $50.2 billion.
